* Housekeeping
Motel Units: Housekeeping is provided daily in all motel units. . Cottages: Fresh towels and trash pickup is provided daily in all cottages. Full housekeeping is not provided daily in cottages, but is available for a fee. |
| * A fee of $25 is added per night for Cottages & Weekend stays that do not meet the minimum nights required. |
| * Deluxe rooms are $10 - $20 extra. |
| Deposit & Cancellation Policy |
| * Short term reservations for a stay of 1 to 5 days may be held with a credit card. To cancel any part of your reservation, we require seven (7) days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel your reservation for any reason within the 7 days, 1/2 of the total amount due will be charged to your credit card. The minimum charge is one night. The maximum charge is 1/2 of the total stay. |

Reservations for 6 days or longer, we require 50% down.
If you cancel, we will make every effort to rent your unit and
will retain only the portion of your deposit which represents
an actual loss to us, plus a $ 50.00 bookkeeping fee. |
| * Group reservations, when several rooms are booked in advance, we require 25% down. This is non-refundable. |
